Based on an uncompromising dark humor, Je suis narcissiste introduces us to a cultural events organizer who lives each day as an obstacle course that stands between her and her happiness. Events overwhelm her and people leave her in a feeling of loneliness. Couples, pets, bosses, elevator operators, artists or undertakers seem much more interested in talking than listening. Faced with such a tasty breeding ground, all it takes is one trigger, in the form of a dead cat, for emotional collapse to set in.
